friends
I love helping my friends. I love seeing them succeed. I love hearing their dreams. I love retelling their stories of happiness. I love watching us grow. I love seeing them laugh hard that they can hardly breath. I love the impulse of excitement they get when we rush into each others arms for a hug. I love holding their hand when times are tough. I love seeing them hold someone else’s hand when they are in love. I love my friends.

Today, express your love for life.
“Some like it Hot” and I do too! Laugh, smile, hug tightly, jump for joy and allow excitement to shoot through every pore of your body, because YOU are BEAUTIFUL! And let every one know it, ‘wink’.

Conversations…
Today I talked to a friend. You might think, “Isn’t that a daily occurrence”, but it isn’t for me. I usually talk to my family on an everyday basis, since I don’t work in an office or classroom. But as for friends, I usually text or chat online.
But when you need to “talk” it takes a phone call to get it out. Sometimes life gets blocked up in your head and your point of view changes based on that block. So we need to unblock and that is when you talk to a friend. To hear the pain and frustration in their voice forces your Ego to set aside and LISTEN to someone else’s blocks.
It made me realize that within myself, I need to be aware of what blocks I might build within me and let them go. Since I did that, I have creativity flowing through my fingers.
It’s amazing how close the connection to emotions are with creativity. If you’re good as a whole, the flow of love and creativity is with full force. When things are starting to build up with blocks, the flow slows down or shifts into an entirely different direction of your original intention.
Let this be a reminder to take time to reflect. Compare yourself to your “past” self and look for the positive changes of growth. For no one is perfect in this world and we should not aim to be perfect but aim to be better than yesterday.
